All members of staff at Harrison understand that they have a responsibility to foster and promote a positive working atmosphere. To support this, we engage all staff in an annual Staff Satisfaction Survey.
The anonymous survey is then reviewed, corrective actions set in place and feedback is given back to the staff to ensure that concerns and suggestions for improving our workplace are acknowledged and acted upon.
